Chillerton and Gatcombe Community Association is the working name for the Village Hall Charity [ Registered Charity No: 286944 ]
The Village Hall and The Gallybagger are huge assets to the residents of Chillerton and Gatcombe and are used by many groups and organisations on a regular basis as well as hosting community events.
The Gallybagger
Village Hall
The hall has a well equipped kitchen and disabled toilet facility. It’s perfect for parties, meetings, rehearsals and exercise classes.
Situated in the middle of the village, it can cater for a maximum of 50 people. Bookings are based on morning, afternoon or evening sessions.
The Gallybagger is a fully licensed premises with a well-stocked bar and is available to hire for private functions, with or without the bar facility.
The Gallybagger is open at the following times:
Fridays from 4pm till 11pm
Saturdays from 7pm till 11pm
Sundays 12 till 2pm
The Village Hall and the Gallybagger are £10 per session (morning, afternoon or evening) for parish residents, and £15 per session for people outside the parish.

The two buildings are run by a group of Trustees and a Committee which meets monthly with an annual AGM in September. Below are a number of papers relating to the Charity for information.
