CHILLERTON AND GATCOMBE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN:-
1. A vacancy has occurred in the parish of Chillerton and Gatcombe for a Councillor to serve on the Parish Council.
2. If ten local government electors of the Chillerton and Gatcombe Parish give notice in writing on or before the 10th February 16 to:

Isle of Wight Council
County Hall
Newport
Isle of Wight
PO30 1UD
that they wish an election to be held to fill the vacancy, then a by-election will be held.
3. If notice is not given as mentioned in (2) above, the Chillerton and Gatcombe Parish Council will proceed to fill the before-mentioned vacancy by co-option.
